One diet that many people have heard about, thanks to the celebrity endorsements of Beyonce and Jessica Simpson, is the Master Cleanse.  This is also the reason that the Master Cleanse Diet is also refered to as either the Beyonce Diet or the Jessica Simpson Diet.  Beyonce stayed loyal to the Master Cleanse Diet for three (3) weeks and was able to shed unwanted pounds in preparation for her role in the film Dream Girls.
