Full Bar Diet Review
What is Full Bar?
One of the easiest ways to diet is not to starve yourself or limit the amount of food you eat. The easiest way to lose weight is to eat until you are full. And that is what Full Bar allows.
Created by a leading weight-loss surgeon, Dr. Michael A. Snyder, Full bar will curve your appetite by giving you the feeling of being full such as that which is achieved with bariactric surgery.
Simply eat one full bar and drink one full glass of water thirty minutes before your two largest meals of the day are consumed and Full Bar will curb your appetite so you eat less. According to research conducted over a three month period, 95% of the participants in the study lost an average of 11 lbs., which is a very safe rate of loss. The slower the weight is lost, the more likely you will be to keep it off.
Please be advised, Full Bar makes no guarantee as to the success of the bar.
Full Bar is NOT a meal replacement bar or supplement, nor does Full Bar contain an appetite suppressant. Full Bar’s goal is to make you feel full and satisfied just before eating so that you eat less.
Full Bar Ingredients:
Full Bar is made of natural ingredients; primarily brown rice syrup and puffed wheat cereal. The sugar contained in the bars is natural and about the same amount as in an apple. Studies have shown it takes more than fiber alone to make someone feel full and satisfied. It takes a combination of ingredients:
- a fiber source,
- a protein source,
- low calorie bulk and
- water.
Full Bar’s claim is that their bar contains all these ingredients and in exactly the right proportions to be effective when eaten before a meal with an 8 oz. glass of water.
The makers of Full Bar recommend trying it for no less than a three month period. They suggest eating two bars per day on weekdays and one bar on Saturday and Sunday. After the three month trial period, if you are not at your goal weight, you would need to reorder the Full Bars and continue on the suggested plan until you do reach your desired weight.
The cost of each Full Bar is approximately $2.50 each, however, it is possible to order them online in packages of twelve for $19.99. Incidentally, the Full Bar Website offers the third month of bars free when you purchase two months of Full Bars. They also offer a two-week trial for $49.99. As you can see, they are not cheap, however, the goal is to eat less so that you will, hopefully, be spending less on regular groceries and when dining out, which will eventually help to recoup the cost of the diet.

Advantages of Full Bar are:
- weight loss
- no food restrictions
- no counting calories
- affordable
- portable and easy to use
Disadvantages of the Full Bar:
- the bars are of no real nutritional value
- there are no health benefits to the bars other than a sense of fullness when eaten
- they cannot be purchased everywhere
- they do not address other causes of overeating such as emotional eating, compulsive eating, etc.
- no support group
- they do not come with a weight loss guarantee
Full Bar has the potential to be a valuable weight loss tool. Of course, it needs to be part of a total package, one that includes exercise and predominantly healthy food choices. For individuals who simply tend to overeat, Full Bar may be the answer to their weight loss success. It will allow them to achieve a sense of fullness without consuming a great number of calories or sugar. This alone may be enough to encourage some to eat less. The Full Bar is an all-natural, healthy way to achieve a sense of fullness thereby eliminating unnecessary calories.

Yes, I just reviewed this bar on my blog as well, and have recently tried it. I am always on the search for the perfect diet bar to keep stashed for emergencies or between meals. This is a pretty good option.
